Volunteers Needed for Band Camp

We need your help during band camp. There are several opportunities to help out during these two weeks.

 

The first opportunity is volunteering for the medical tent.  The medical tent will be located at the front of the soccer field. Stephanie Johnson is a nurse and will be there for both weeks of band camp, but she will need assistance. Some students will be sick, pass out, get bug bites, get hit with flags, etc.  Parent volunteers are a great help during this time because the camp does not have to stop and Mr. Souder can keep instructing. You do not have to be a nurse or medical professional to volunteer. We need volunteers from 8-12 on the week of July 9th, and from 8-12 and 5-8 on the week of July 16th.

Next, we will need parents to help with the dinner service during the week of July 16-20. This would be from 3:15-5:00. We will make and dispense Kool Aid, serve dinner, refill water coolers, and clean the food prep and service areas.

I will need a few volunteers to help organize the uniform room and extra uniform materials. I will be adding barcodes to each uniform piece to prepare for uniform fitting day.
