Proposed changes to Association by-laws
Please read the attached document over let me know if you would like to see any changes.
Proposed revisions are in red:
1) clarifying process of replacing board member
2) opening bylaws for two official treasurer assistant positions
3) changing term limits from 2 to 3 consecutive terms for any officer
4) adding notion of being physically present for general membership voting. since we are talking about going online with facebook or youtube perhaps to open up attendance at meetings, I want to make sure we stay with physical presence (for now) on voting as otherwise it opens up virtual/proxy verification challenges ...
