APRIL 1st:   

9am            Rehearsal at BHS.  

1pm            Load the trailer.

                   (After rehearsal, I know a number of parents/members are planning on getting a hotel room in Kentucky for Saturday Night.  This is totally fine.)

APRIL 2nd: 

4:30am        Meet at BHS for Carpooling and D

4:35am        Depart for E A Diddle Arena, West Kentucky University

                                     1526 Ave. of Champions

                                     Bowling Green, KY 42101 

7:50am        Arrive at WKU, change into uniform and use the restroom.

8:15am        Unload Trailer, Tune and start unofficial warmup

10:11am      Line up at the Arena Entrance

10:23am      Ready at the gate

10:32am      PERFORMANCE!!!

10:42am      meet at trailer.  break for Lunch.  Stay in Uniform

                     (If we make the top 4 in our round, then we will get to perform again 

                     in the Finals Round.  Depending on weather, we may or may not load 

                     the trailer.

12:30pm      Possible Warmup time for a Finals performance.

                     (If we don’t play again, then members are free to go watch shows in the  

                     arena until Awards.)

4:27pm.       END of Contest.  All units to report to the Aux Gym to     

                     prepare for the Grand Finale…..In Uniform

5:45pm.       Depart for BHS

After awards, we will drive back to BHS to drop off the carpool students.

Parents/students who did not carpool are Not required to meet back at BHS Sunday Evening.

We will unload the trailer Monday Morning.


Admission will be $20 for adults and $15 for students. Free for children 5 and under.

There will be concessions as well as a Cafeteria, food court and Starbucks in the

students center across the street.

Students will need money for lunch and dinner. 

As always, they are encouraged to bring snacks and drinks for the road trip.

Be sure all students are well hydrated…which starts on Friday!

They will also need a jacket for that morning warmup…looks like its gonna be about 50 degrees…and there is no inside warmup facilities.


Uniforms need to be washed in cold water with very little detergent and air dried.

Then they need to be turned in next week.
