The following is the Updated schedule in which we will now be performing at 4:58pm.

9:00am Rehearsal at BHS
10:30am Load the trailer and get the school cleaned up
11:45am Depart for THE CROSSING OF SPRING HILL,
1000 Crossings Blvd, Spring Hill, TN 37174
(This is a stripmall in Spring Hill where there are many places to eat,
including a Moes and Firehouse Subs, etc.)
1:35pm Arrive at THE CROSSING to eat lunch
2:35pm Depart for Independence HS,
1776 Declaration Way, Thompson’s Station, TN 37179
2:50pm Arrive at Independence HS, sign in and get wristbands to students
3:15pm Unpack the trailer and start an unofficial warmup in the parking lot
4:31pm Official Warmup
4:49pm Line up at the Gate
5:30pm Load the trailer, then watch other groups, concession food, etc.
8:56pm Retreat and Awards
9:40pm Depart for BHS
11:25pm Parents of carpool students pickup at BHS and enjoy your Sunday
As you can see, it’s a long day for us.
Students are encouraged to bring snacks and fluids for the road trip.
They will need money for lunch and dinner. generally $20-25 will be fine.
For parents who are coming to the show, the admission price is $10.
Children 5 and under are free.
We do need a few parents to help move equipment for the show, as well.
So let me know if you are interested in helping with that.
Students are already working on the carpooling arrangements and we will be finalizing that at Friday’s rehearsal. Please let your child know if you will be able to help with carpooling.
Our uniforms are not in yet so All Members will be wearing a plain black shirt, black pants (or dark jeans), and tennis shoes. If your black shirt has writing on it, be aware that you will need to turn your shirt inside out.
They will also need a jacket. If weather permits, we will be warming up outside.
