I understand everyone's concern over the state of our spring trip.  I would just like to let everyone know that we are working out the details of a solution and I think most everyone will be happy.  I have been in contact with Dr. Davis, Mr. Ledbetter, Ms. Jones and the travel agents over the course of the past few days and we are very close to announcing details about a reschedule. 

I do not want to give out specifics at this time due to a few issues that must be ironed out first.  As soon as these solutions have been confirmed I will post a detailed (already mostly written) article about the trip. 

I would also like to inform you about the tremendous amount of support from everyone involved.  Please do not ask me about the decision process as I am not at liberty to confabulate.
