November Booster Meeting Minutes

Treasurer’s Report

• $22,219.00 minus whatever POs are still out
• We are waiting to pass out Student acct info ‘til we know if we will be hosting another football game.
• Concession Credit will be about$120.00-130.00 per parent credit.Students will receive about one-third of that per student credit.
• Our next fundraiser will be Joe Corbi’s pizza and cookie dough sales. All orders will be due Nov. 15.
• Cookie dough and pizza kits will be in around Dec 11. Watch for an announcement for our next booster meeting. We will schedule it around having the cookie dough and pizza kits in.
• Calendar Sales --  We sold 186 calendars. Student credit will be $11.50

Polo shirts are in for those who ordered them. We will be placing an order again next Aug.

Spring Trip The band will be going to Myrtle Beach April 3-6. Students who participated in Marching band , who will not be in Concert Band are still invited to go. The students will be performing, so our trip is dependent on having enough participation.

Christmas Concert This year our concert will be on Dec 13 in the Gold Gym. If they have it, students should wear the concert attire. If not, they should wear something black as similar as possible. Concert attire Tux and Black dress shown on the website and girls wear black closed-toe shoes.

New Market Christmas Parade Our band will be marching in this parade on Dec 8. The tux is $105.00, and the dress is $55.00.
