Varsity Games Each year parents sign up for a specific home game. Each game requires sixteen parents in the concession stand at all times. Parents must complete an entire shift and help clean up after the game in order to receive one shift credit. Parents and relatives of the student will be allowed to work. Uncooperative or unruly parents may be asked to leave. Signing Up Each parent will be allowed to sign up for one game during the first two weeks of school. After the first two week period is up parents will be allowed to sign up for additional dates until all time slots for the games are filled. Please contact the Vice-President in charge of the concession stand immediately if you can not attend a game. All of these slots must be filled. Student Profit The son/daughter of the parent working in the concession stand will receive the profit made from the shift worked. At the end of the year all the profit made from all the games will be calculated and divided among the shift credits earned throughout the year. An example may be $72/shift. If a parent works two games they will receive $144 in their child's student account. Varsity games will be divided seperately from the JV/Freshman games. Students will be given an opportunity to sign up for one game during the first two weeks of school. After this time a student will be allowed to sign up for additional dates. Friends of students will not be allowed in the concession stand nor will be allowed to gain profit for their work |
